Responsibilities
- Promote fine jewellery sales by engaging customers and explaining product features to meet sales targets
- Deliver attentive customer service and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately to ensure smooth retail operations
- Adapt to a five-day work week with a choice of two shift patterns to support business needs
- Pursue career progression opportunities by demonstrating commitment and drive to excel in retail sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive learning and working attitude to adapt to training and development opportunities
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and support sales
- Proficiency in English and an additional language to serve a multilingual customer base
