AGT Global Technology Pte Ltd is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant to promote and sell our premium Singapore-made skincare and healthcare products placed in Guardian airport retail outlets.
This role is based at Changi Airport and mainly serves tourists and airport travellers. The ideal candidate should be confident, sales-driven, proactive in customer engagement, and able to perform well in a fast-paced and competitive retail environment.
We are looking for candidates who understand retail sales targets and are motivated to achieve results. Candidates must be comfortable approaching customers, explaining product benefits professionally, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium Singapore-made skincare and healthcare products to airport travellers and tourists.
- Proactively approach customers and provide professional product recommendations.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage methods, and suitable customer profiles.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales performance.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident attitude in a competitive airport retail environment.
- Handle customer enquiries clearly and patiently.
- Support promotional activities and product demonstrations when required.
- Monitor product display, stock availability, and product presentation at the retail location.
- Report daily sales performance and sales updates to the company.
- Maintain good grooming, professional appearance, and proper conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is required.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, health supplements, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Prior airport retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be sales-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approaching customers.
- Must understand the importance of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong sales performance.
- Must be able to work in a competitive retail environment with a strong and resilient mindset.
- Friendly, professional, confident, and firm when handling customers or challenging retail situations.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times.
- Able to work 8-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Able to rotate between Changi Airport Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4 when required.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory to serve Mandarin-speaking tourists and travellers.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
- Knowledge of dialects will be an added advantage.
