Job Summary

Join As Intended as a Retail Sales & Client Experience Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships through personalized styling advice, product recommendations, and excellent service across showroom, online, and event channels.


This role is especially suitable for someone with retail sales, store operations, visual merchandising, pop-up, roadshow, or multi-location sales experience who wants to move into a more hands-on brand-side role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing advice, styling suggestions, and purchase decisions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Follow up proactively with warm leads, VIP customers, showroom visitors, event guests, and past customers to convert interest into sales
  • Recommend pieces tailored to customers lifestyles, fit concerns, wardrobe needs, and preferences
  • Support weekly sales campaigns by promoting bestsellers, new launches, slow-moving items, and priority products
  • Build long-term customer relationships through thoughtful follow-up and attentive service
  • Support showroom appointments, private previews, pop-ups, and brand events by engaging customers and providing a polished brand experience
  • Encourage try-ons, offer styling suggestions, and guide customers toward suitable purchases during in-person interactions
  • Prepare products, racks, customer lists, and follow-up notes for showroom sessions and events
  • Follow up after appointments and events with product links, recommendations, and next steps to maintain engagement
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
  • Manage delivery updates, exchanges, returns, sizing concerns, and order-related questions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with operations or warehouse teams to resolve customer-facing order issues efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and warmly with customers regarding delivery delays, missing or incorrect items, and exchange requests
  • Assist with simple Shopify updates including product descriptions, photos, videos, sizing notes, and selling points to improve online presentation
  • Identify gaps in product pages based on customer feedback and questions to enhance content relevance
  • Share content ideas and product angles informed by customer interests and purchasing patterns
  • Support customer-facing messaging for Instagram Stories, WhatsApp, EDMs, and event invitations when needed
  • Track customer enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and sales opportunities to maintain organized records
  • Provide weekly insights on customer questions, conversion trends, and follow-up needs to inform sales strategies

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, customer service, e-commerce, or customer experience
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and making product recommendations
  • Enjoys 1-to-1 selling, styling advice, and customer follow-ups
  • Warm, confident, and service-oriented communication style
  • Proactive sales mindset with willingness to follow up and close sales
  • Organised and detail-oriented in tracking customer conversations and order issues
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
  • Interest in fashion, styling, customer behaviour, and e-commerce
  • Able to work independently within a small team environment

Work Arrangement
