Retail Sales Associates (4/5 Work Days)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive. This role involves interacting with graduating students during their gown collection, promoting our photography packages, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:
- Promoting and introduce ongoing studio promotion to graduates during their gown collection appointments
- Provide professional advice to customers during their photo sample selection process, inclduing frame and poses recommendations
- Assist in preparing customers for their photo shoot (i.e wearing of graduation gowns, fitting of blazers and ties for male family members)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Handle basic point-of-sale (POS) operations including deposit payment collection
- Coordinate appointment bookings and follow-up calls or messages with customers
- Assist in stock - taking, inventory tracking, and replenishment of graduation gowns

Requirements:
- No experience required. Training will be provided.
- Must be fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Pleasant and outgoing personality, with a positive work attitude and commitment
- Strong interpersonal skills able to engage effectively with customers at all levels
- Working Hours: 5 days week 10am to 8pm, Rest Day on Monday + 1 additional Weekend
