Retail Sales Associate (Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Recommend suitable TCM products based on customers needs.
• Explain product benefits, usage, and promotions.
• Handle cashiering, payments, and daily sales transactions.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-organized and fully stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and merchandising.
• Support daily retail operations and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Interest or basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products is preferred. Training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
