Retail Brand Ambassador
At Sunday Bedding, we believe great sleep starts with a great experience. We're looking for a seasoned Retail Brand Ambassador who knows how to own the floor, connect with customers, and drive sales.
What You'll Do
- Be the face of Sunday Bedding in-store, guiding customers through their purchase journey with quiet confidence and vast product knowledge
- Process transactions and create orders accurately using our POS system (experienced with Shopify interface is a plus!)
- Partner with Operations to manage inventory - receiving stock, flagging replenishments, keeping the floor well-stocked
- Support and assist in the execution of in-store events, from setup to customer engagement on the day
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sunday Bedding brand
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience (plus points for home goods and/or bedding experience)
- A natural with customers: warm, composed and approachable
- Organized and clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams
- Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
- Start date from July 2026 onwards
The Role
- Part Time: 2 weekdays + 1 weekend shift minimally
- Hourly rate: Weekday ($12/h) / Weekend & PH ($13.50/h)
- Joo Chiat Shifts: Weekday (11am to 8pm / 11am to 3.30pm / 3.30pm to 8pm) Weekend (10am to 8pm / 10am to 3.30pm / 3.30pm to 8pm)
- Holland Village Shifts: 10am to 7pm / 10am to 2.30pm / 2.30pm to 7pm
