Your Tasks
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for an exceptional shopping experience
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately, retrieve merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Store Operations: Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked while assisting with administrative tasks and shipments
- Inventory Management: Support receiving, restocking, and physical inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Performance: Meet sales targets, resolve customer issues promptly, and support additional tasks as needed
Your Profile
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred with on-the-job training provided
- Communication: Excellent verbal and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems for efficient store operations
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin with good spoken and written English for customer interactions
- Flexibility & Enthusiasm: Passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands, able to stay active and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
