Responsibilities:
We are looking for a friendly, out-going, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, and supporting daily store operations to meet sales targets.
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve store sales targets
- Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions and cash handling
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks
- Support promotions, campaigns, and peak period operations
- Handle customer feedback and basic after-sales queries professionally
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a sense of responsibility and reliability
- Comfortable with standing for long hours
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
