Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking for a friendly, Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for fine watches to represent our prestigious timepiece brands.Enjoys working with customers, has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is passionate about serving walk-in customers and on social media.

Job Responsibilies:

- Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, materials and craftmanship
-Guide clients through the purchase process, including product comparisons and after-sales services
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
-Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion
-Assist with inventory control, watch handling and security
-Uphold brand image, values and confidentiality at all times

-Experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery and watches preferred
-Strong sales skills with a client-focused mindset
-Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekend and public holidays
-Passion for luxury watches and willingness to continue learning product knowledge

Ability to commence work immediately
