Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand and communicate product features, materials, and styling tips
- Provide personalised recommendations based on customers needs
- Process sales transactions accurately (POS, payments, receipts)
- Maintain attractive and functional visual merchandising and store displays
- Support inventory management (receiving, stocking, and stock take)
- Answer customer enquiries via in-store, phone, email, or social media
- Assist with packaging and gift wrapping with care and attention
- Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and operations standards
- Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and events
- Assist with stock take and reporting when required
