Retail Sales Associate (Airport area)

Responsibilities:

. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

. Assist customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs.

. Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the latest fashion trends, features, and unique selling points of our company products.

. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.

. Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
