Selffix - DIY & Home Improvement Retail
As a Retail Assistant at Selffix, you play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and helpful shopping experience for our customers. You are not just supporting store operations - you are part of a growing retail brand building towards regional expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and interacting with customers while learning the foundations of retail operations.
Assist customers with product enquiries and provide basic product knowledge
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organised, and properly labelled
Support receiving, unpacking, and replenishment of inventory
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Operate POS system and handle cashiering duties accurately
Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock items to supervisors
Support promotional setups and in-store displays
Work closely with the team to achieve sales and operational targets
Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
Comfortable working in a retail and hands-on environment
Physically fit (able to lift and move merchandise when required)
Responsible and able to follow processes accurately
Willing to work weekends/public holiday and retail hours
No experience required - training will be provided
Exposure to retail operations in a growing DIY chain
Structured training and product knowledge development
