Retail Sales Assistant (Retail Butchery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting, trimming, grinding and deboning meats according to customers orders
• Roasting meat, preparing hot deli, bento set, weighing, packaging and pricing the meat
• Maintaining safe, clean work areas by cleaning surfaces, equipment, food trays, floors, removing rubbish etc.
• Displaying safe, quality meat products and delicatessens for consumers selection.
• nsure that all meat products meet quality standards for freshness that comply with Company standards
• Assisting customers with their meat selections, making recommendations, providing advice on various cuts, cooking methods to upsell the meat products
• Monitoring inventory levels of meat products and replenish them promptly
• Handling meat products by complying with food safety and sanitation procedures and regulations established by Company and government agency

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Able to work on weekends, and public holidays
• 6-day workweek
• Work hours: AM Shift: 7.00 am to 9.00pm
• Able to stand for extended periods
