Job Summary
The Retail Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver excellent customer service at our Queensway showroom by demonstrating the Speediance Gym Monster, guiding customers through hands-on experiences, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Gym Monster and accessories to customers, explaining how the equipment supports their training goals and fits their home
- Engage walk-in and booked customers with hands-on demos to convert interest into confident purchases
- Achieve and maintain showroom service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation to create a professional environment
- Clean and sanitize demo equipment between uses, following hygiene and safety protocols
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via business WhatsApp
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to commit at least 3 days per week, including one weekend day, to cover peak showroom hours
- Availability to work showroom hours from 12pm to 8pm
- Commitment to a minimum 3-month engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior retail or fitness experience is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to enhance customer experience
Benefits:
- $16-$20/hr + CPF + Personal Sales Commission
Schedule:
- Minimum 3 shifts (8 hours each) part time but up to 5 shifts available per week full time
- Holidays & Weekend availability
