Retail Sales Assistant (Luggage) | Islandwide | Gross $2,800++

• Basic up to $2,200 + $300 Monthly Allowance + Commission + Monthly Incentives + OT Pay.

Join our retail team as a Luggage Specialist! You will be responsible for providing a premium shopping experience in prominent department stores and retail outlets across Singapore. Whether you are a seasoned sales professional or looking to start your retail career, we provide the training you need to succeed in helping travelers find their perfect gear.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying their travel needs and recommend suitable products.

• Manage outlet opening and closing shifts and handle daily administrative tasks.

• Ensure all merchandise and price tags are displayed correctly and maintain a well-presented store environment.

• Replenish stock as required and perform regular stock-taking activities.

• Provide dedicated after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow company guidelines and operational procedures while providing feedback to supervisors.

Requirements

• Prior retail experience is a plus, especially in luggage

• Confident, independent, and possesses excellent communication skills.

• Willing to travel across the island and able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Working Hours & Locations

• Weekdays: 7 hours (excluding 1-hour lunch).

• Weekends: 8 hours (excluding 1-hour lunch).

• Locations: OG People's Park, OG Albert Complex, Tangs (Orchard/Vivo), Bugis Junction, Plaza Singapura, Paragon, Takashimaya, Bishan J8, IMM, Causeway Point, and NEX.
