Job Summary
You will engage walk-in customers, support marketing initiatives, assist with sales administration, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales and ensure smooth showroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate products to walk-in customers to generate sales opportunities and increase customer interest
- Support marketing initiatives by executing tasks assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager to enhance brand presence
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate product benefits to prospective clients
- Process sales-related paperwork and maintain accurate sales records to ensure smooth administrative operations
- Monitor customer engagement during interactions and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience
- Maintain showroom presentation by ensuring products are ready for demonstrations and the environment is welcoming
- Collaborate with team members to follow marketing directions and support overall sales and marketing goals
- Use basic Microsoft Office skills to handle sales documentation efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, customer-facing roles, or sales administration to support effective customer engagement and sales processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as social media and email marketing to assist marketing efforts
- Willingness to work primarily at the Orchard Road outlet with occasional travel to the Tampines location
