Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving significant revenue growth for the company
- Supervise and mentor junior staff by providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professionalism
- Design and deliver training sessions to junior staff to improve their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall job proficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment
- Establish and nurture regular contacts with existing and potential customers to build and sustain healthy customer relationships
- Communicate updates on new products, services, and relevant changes to customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager to coordinate sales activities and actively participate in Leica Camera events to promote the brand
- Provide constructive feedback to management to improve store operations and elevate customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate flexibility and contribute proactively to the overall success of the store by performing additional duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, high-end retail environment, or a similar capacity
- Proficient communication and customer handling skills with a sales-driven mindset and proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills and netiquette
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Passion for the retail industry, photography, art, and culture scenes
- Photographic knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

- Commission-based compensation
- 5-day work week/Retail working hours (MBS)
