Retail Receptionist| 5 Days Work Week | No Experience welcome | Training provided

STRIP - Singapore's first dedicated hair removal studio to specialise in waxing and AFT hair removal services (most notably the Brazilian and Boyzilian), as well as our specially formulated waxes and pre- and post-waxing care products.

Job Responsibilities:
. Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to customers.
. Handle calls and enquiries in a professional, courteous and polite manner.
. Handle all customers requests in a timely and efficient manner.
. Attend to customers enquiries or appointment bookings through phone calls, WhatsApp or face to face interactions.
. Assist with booking, changing and cancellation of appointments
. Engage new customers and provide excellent customer service to drive retention and sales.
. Promote products, services and packages to boost sales opportunities.
. Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumers understanding and product sales.
. Manage and maintain the salon's tidiness and cleanliness.
. Other ad-hoc duties where necessary.

Job Requirements:
. Passion for beauty services
. Committed to deliver high standards of customer service
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Able to operate basic computer applications
