Role Description This is a full-time Retail Specialist role based in Singapore arrangement with on-site retail duties. The Retail Specialist will engage directly with customers in-store, presenting OTO Wellness products, demonstrating features, and answering questions to support informed purchasing decisions. The role includes driving retail sales, maintaining an inviting store environment, managing product displays, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and accurately labeled. The Retail Specialist will handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolve issues promptly, and support customer satisfaction through attentive and professional service. Additional responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with product updates and promotions, preparing simple sales reports, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet store target
