RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Services
. Friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
. Upsell on Promotions and Specials.
. Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
Operations
. Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted sales.
. Estimate and order supplies / products required for smooth operation.
. Receive deliveries and check inventory, including daily counts of products.
. Work on creative store layout and product displays.
. Perform daily closing (Including cash counts) and generate related documents and reports.
. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety control standards.
. General housekeeping in the outlet clean and sanitize work area (including display shelves and counters, tables, floor, walls, freezer, etc.).
Others
. Supervise and organize the activities of the employees working at the outlet, providing guidance and support in their daily work, and ensuring daily operations is timely, organized and efficient.
. Other duties as assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS
. Candidates with lesser experience but possess a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply.
. Service-oriented and hands-on person.
. Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
. Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, and demonstrated ability to work as a team in a professional manner.
