DENPS Global is a premium health and wellness brand headquartered in Singapore, operating across multiple international markets.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Operator to support retail channel coordination and operational activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth communication with retail partners, maintaining retail standards, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.

This position is suitable for candidates who are organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Support the smooth execution of retail operations and daily business activities
. Visit retail locations and sales channels to ensure proper product presentation and retail standards
. Coordinate with internal teams and retail partners regarding operational matters
. Assist with documentation, reporting, and basic administrative tasks related to retail operations
. Support retail monitoring and feedback collection from sales channels
. Provide general operational support as assigned

Requirements

. Responsible and well-organized individual
. Good communication skills in English
. Comfortable visiting retail locations within Singapore when required
. Basic administrative and coordination skills
. Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks
. Prior retail or operational support experience is an advantage but not required
. Familiarity with retail environments in Singapore is a plus
. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
