Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Operations Manager / Store Manager / Retail Supervisor based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day retail operations, managing store teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and strategizing for operational efficiency. The individual will monitor store performance metrics, maintain inventory, and implement strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction, while providing strong leadership and coaching for team members.

• Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to monitor performance, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to deliver an exceptional experience for all patrons
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff, encourage collaboration, and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, particularly relevant to retail and customer engagement
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales data analysis tools is beneficial
• Relevant qualifications or experience in retail, business management, or related fields
