RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily retail operations across our stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving customer experience, managing store performance, and leading teams to achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in retail operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant store performance

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and service quality

• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics implement corrective actions where required

• Manage store managers and retail staff, including coaching, performance reviews, and manpower planning

• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated customer issues

• Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure stock availability and promotional execution

• Control operating costs, minimize shrinkage, and ensure inventory accuracy

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements

• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management
