Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our wholesale and retail trading activities. The candidate will support business growth, manage operational processes, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure smooth daily business functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail and wholesale business operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
  • Monitor inventory movement, stock control, and delivery schedules
  • Support sales operations and customer service activities
  • Prepare operational reports, invoices, and stock records
  • Ensure proper coordination of orders and goods distribution
  • Supervise operational staff and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Assist management in business development and operational planning
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and Singapore regulations
  • Handle administrative and operational support duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Relevant experience in operations, retail, wholesale trade, logistics, or customer service
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage daily operational activities independently
  • Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in wholesale trading, retail operations, logistics coordination, or service industry operations will be an added advantage
