RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive sales performance across our store(s). The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and able to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance

• Manage, coach, and motivate store managers and retail staff

• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues

• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational costs

• Implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs

• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention

• Coordinate with headquarters on promotions, merchandising, and staffing needs

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements
