Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure outlets smooth operations.
  • Deliver on all Operational goals, focuses and KPIs
  • Ensure the communication and implementation of all initiatives to the retail team
  • To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlets on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
  • To monitor & conduct business analysis and maximise profitability of every store.
  • Implement and maintain effective operational policies, SOPs, internal controls, practices and strategies
  • To work along with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotion plans
  • Manage and supervise the staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated
  • Submit and present monthly operations sales, accountability and action plan report
  • Compile and update incident reports, including any actions taken in response to consumer feedback and retail incidents monthly
  • Hold Bi-weekly meeting with Country Manager
  • Appraise staff performance with Country Manager
  • To provide guidance, coaching and mentoring staff
  • Cover Outlet Supervisor off day if required
  • To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B operations
  • A team player, meticulous, organised and service-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS software & etc)
  • Able to support on Weekends and Public Holidays
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
