Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage retail store teams to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail outlets.
  • Monitor and improve sales performance across all stores.
  • Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop retail staff.
  • Handle employee issues and customer complaints professionally.
  • Plan and execute store promotions, visual merchandising, and product displays.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all retail outlets.
  • Drive team motivation and maintain a positive working culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or multi-store operations.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Experienced in handling customer complaints and staff-related matters.
  • Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales management.
