Retail Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities:

This role is an OFFICE intern role. We prefer a candidate who could attend 3+days per week (Mon-Fri), at least 3+months internship, onboard ASAP.

Retail Operations Support:

- Collaborate closely with the Southeast Asia & Oceania Retail Operations team in daily activities, offering comprehensive administrative and operational support.

- Facilitate communication and execution among the stores on various topics including but not limited to security & cleaning service, packaging order, uniforms management, etc.

- Support the procurement and purchasing of goods & services for the Retail department.

- Handle the application and processing of payments on the internal platform, ensuring accuracy and timely submission each month.

Qualifications:

- Passionate in fashion or luxury retail is a plus

- Attentive to details

- Excellent communication skills with good command of English

- Proactive and eager to take up new challenges

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

- Pleasant personality and a team player

- Proficient in MS Office
