Job responsibilities
Retail Operations Support
- Sales & incentives data compilation analysis via Excel and propose recommendation on areas to note
- Consolidate and review monthly rosters and retail teams annual leave planning, based on store traffic/demand patterns, maximizing productivity/sales potential during peak hours
- Analyze stores weekly packaging order and identify areas to optimize the designated spaces in the boutiques
- Prepare reports highlighting key performance metrics, sales trends and areas of opportunity
- Review and consolidate uniform orders from stores to the relevant teams such as Merchandising and Finance
- Organise stock take and follow up on results – to propose ideas to improve process, eliminating bottlenecks and optimizing operational workflows
- Flag negative stock reports and follow up promptly with store operations in charge
- Store & event attachment – to enable observation and support
Profile
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
