Retail Operations Intern (6 Months)

Join our team as a Retail Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in RIMOWA.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn about various aspect of retails operations in the luxury retail sector. You will work closely with our retail team to support the daily operations and contribute to the success of our retail store.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations:

1) Consolidate and ensure timely submission of monthly punctuality reports.

• Ensure accurate compilations and consolidation of punctuality data from all retail stores.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit the monthly punctuality reports to the management team within the timeline.

2) Coordinate and management purchase order process.

3) Support the retail operations team in managing the daily operational activities of all retail stores. Ensure in store operations in high standard always and align with company guidelines.

4) Monthly commission calculation and analysis.

• Compile sales data and commission information from all retail stores.
• Calculate monthly commissions for retails staff based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends and performance insights related to sales commission.
• Consolidate uniform orders from stores and work with external vendors on procurement and distribution of uniforms to respective stores.

Requirements

• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in luxury retail and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
