Responsibilities:
Project & Operations Support
- Support SAP S/4HANA project activities, including data validation, issue tracking, and follow-ups
- Actively follow up on action items with Ops, IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure timely closure
- Track issues, risks, and dependencies; escalate where required
Store Operations Understanding (On-Site)
- Visit stores regularly to understand end-to-end store operations and processes
- (e.g. sales flow, stock movement, receiving, returns, reporting)
- Gather ground insights from stores to support system design, testing, and process alignment
- Support change adoption by explaining system/process changes to store teams
- Validate that SAP processes work practically on the ground, not just on paper
Communication & Presentation
- Prepare clear decks, trackers, and summaries for project updates and Ops reviews
- Confidently present findings, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between store operations and project teams
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Operations processes (store operations exposure is an advantage)
- Strong follow-up skills – able to chase, track, and close actions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and basic reporting skills
