Retail Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures
• Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities to improve productivity
• Manage operational costs
• Prepare operational reports (sales, manpower, stock, issues)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related fields
• 1-3 years experience in retail or operations support is a plus.
• Strong people skills and ability to engage with frontline retail staff
• Self-driven, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to cooperate with the work schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and able to work rotating morning and evening shifts.
