We are looking for capable individuals who are able to translate marketing and retail environment strategies into customers programs, gather market intelligence and identify shopper insights to develop and roll out effective shopper engagement programs (including promotion plan, merchandising program, display drives, sampling, new product distribution planning, etc.) in our Singapore subsidiary.
What you will do
Strategy and growth driver development and deployment
Own and lead the development and commercialization of customer specific activations to tap on category growth drivers at format level within the customers via cross-functional collaboration.
Develop the customer and format strategy working in partnership with the customer and Customer Development team.
Insight Opportunity Identification.
Lead customer level insight identification & formalization by using available data (Nielsen & consumer sales data).
Develop selling stories based on customer specific insights to deliver solutions for a key identified issue or opportunity.
Partner Customer Development Managers to sell category and brand solutions to customers to optimize opportunities to grow our business.
5P tracking and gap identification
Tailor the 5Ps by retail environment to the customers formats
Review monthly 5P tracking reports to measure execution to target
Retail category development
Tailor new product sell-in presentations to the strategies and performance of the customer
Work with Category Manager to develop format specific planogramming and merchandising solutions
Requirements
Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (marketing, business, etc.)
Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, etc.
Experience in digital/e-platform is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven analytical & strategic thinking capability
Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder group
