RETAIL MANAGER

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian gold and jewellery retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling Indian gold and jewellery products, fostering strong customer relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Manager experience in the Indian jewellery industry, specializing in the sale of gold and diamond jewellery.
• Proficiency in identifying and appraising diamonds and gemstones.
• Expertise in gold appraising and performing minor repair works on jewellery.
• In-depth knowledge of ethnic Indian design jewellery products, including manufacturing processes and supplier relations.
• Ability to handle customized orders and experience in designing new products based on customer requests.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior experience specifically in the Indian jewellery industry, with a focus on gold and diamond.
