What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Be the face of the store-create a welcoming, premium shopping experience for every customer
- Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Ensure the store is consistently well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand standards
- Monitor sales performance, drive revenue growth, and implement strategies to boost store results
- Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and product replenishment effectively
- Support, coach, and develop team members, working closely with the Area/Outlet Manager
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for fashion retail
- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial retail role preferred
