Retail Leasing Manager (RES license)

What you'll do

Take charge of leasing strategies and drive occupancy growth. You'll lead leasing initiatives, nurture your team, and build strong tenant pipelines to unlock new business opportunities.

• Proactively source and secure new tenants through market insights, networking, and outreach

• Lead lease negotiations for both new deals and renewals to achieve win-win outcomes

• Oversee preparation and completion of lease agreements and related documentation

• Stay ahead of market trends with in-depth research and competitor analysis

• Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, handling all leasing matters smoothly

What we're looking for

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in retail leasing (RES license is a plus)

• Proven success in marketing and leasing retail spaces

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders
