Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure suitable tenants to achieve optimal occupancy and rental income.
- Source, negotiate, and close lease agreements in line with the company's objectives and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, retailers, and agents.
- Conduct market research to track retail trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and tenancy agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
- Monitor lease renewals, expiries, and tenancy handovers to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategies to improve tenant mix and enhance shopper experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or commercial real estate
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a keen eye for market opportunities.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail trends and mall operations will be an advantage.
