Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for Retail Leasing. We are looking for experienced candidates in retail leasing and the role will be tailored for the right candidate depending on the length and depth of experience. The role involves managing retail leasing activities, including securing tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining positive relationships with clients and tenants, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will work closely with landlords, property developers, and other stakeholders to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Additionally, senior staff will be required to supervise a team, develop leasing strategies, and provide regular updates to management on performance metrics and market insights.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
• Strong expertise in Retail Leasing, with experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and space planning
• Excellent knowledge of Market Research, Data Analysis, and identifying retail trends
• Exceptional Communication, Relationship Management, and Networking skills
• Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving revenue and occupancy targets
• Solid understanding of the Singapore real estate industry and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant real estate management software
• For senior positions: proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively
