Our Clients are seeking dedicated Retail & Hospitality Professionals to join their dynamic team in Singapore. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage day-to-day operations of the retail and hospitality environment.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

2-12 years of experience in retail and hospitality sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of inventory management and sales techniques.
Team player with strong leadership abilities.
Proficient in using POS systems and other retail management software.
