Retail Head of Operations

Job Description & Requirements

We operate ACTUALLY, OUTSIDE , KEEN GARAGE and FJALLRAVEN stores. Currently total of 6 retail stores and Due to expansion, we are looking for dedicated Retail Operations Head to oversee our retail operation regionally, in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Job descriptions

- Provide impeccable customers service

- Responsible for retail staff recruitment

- Managing day to day operation of all 6 retail stores

- Follow operation procedures, and managing store supervisors

- Preparing monthly timetable and work schedule

- Liase with contractors

- Basic store management like merchandising, tidyness and cleanliness

- Learn about the brand and product knowledge

- Sales oriented to meet sales targets

Requirements

• Passionate on retail trade
• Basic skills for customer service such as communications skills, friendly
• Good communications skills and staff interaction
