We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage front desk operations and support retail sales in a professional wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries across walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels
- Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and therapist coordination
- Perform cashiering duties, including payment collection and invoicing
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and retail products based on customer needs
- Support sales through service recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems
- Follow up with customers on appointments, reminders, and retention efforts
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve basic service issues
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the reception and retail area
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report shortages
- Assist with daily operations, including outlet opening and closing
- Support marketing activities such as promotions and basic content posting (if required)
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, front desk, or beauty & wellness industry is preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Confident in recommending services and products
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, booking platforms, Excel, messaging tools)
- Comfortable handling payments and daily sales reporting
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or TCM industry is an advantage
