Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalised styling and product recommendations based on customers preferences and needs.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling while achieving individual and store targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management, including handling enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product displays and store presentation according to brand standards.
- Support daily retail operations including cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory checks and store housekeeping.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Strong interest in fashion, styling and current retail trends, with a customer-focused approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sales-driven, proactive and comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
