A US MNC focusing in manufacturing of apparels and accessories are looking to hire an immediate 6-month Facilities & New Store Specialist (SEA&I) to join the team.

Your new role

We are looking for an individual to deliver and maintain world class Retail environments for Consumers and Store Teams, while protecting the future of sport.

Key responsibilities include

(i) managing, maintaining and preserving store environments at optimal conditions for Consumers & Athletes (Store team)

(ii) protecting the Brand and the Environment with minimum disruption to business

(iii) coordinating New Store Opening process through Milestone Meetings for all Nike Direct Owned Stores.

Based in Singapore, you will join the Direct Stores Team, and support the Direct Stores business. You will be reporting into the South East Asia & India (SEA&I) Store Development Manager.

STORE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Operation of Store services and programs: general maintenance and repairs, cleaning and pest control, sustainability programs.

STORE SUPPLIES

. Order coordination (ServiceChannel)

. Supplies list management

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION

. Stores P&L spend/financial controlling

. Budget management

SUSTAINABILITY

. Program execution and monitoring (performance management)

. Program roll out

. Territory point of contact

NEW STORE OPENINGS
(new stores, remodels, relocations and store closures)

. Lead and coordinate project planning sessions (Milestone Meetings) with cross functional Nike Direct team

. New Store openings checklist owner.

What you'll need to succeed

Min 2 to 3 years experience in similar responsibilities or retail store experience

Strong project/task management skills Strong budget planning/forecast experience

Multi-vendor management, strong external communication skills
