Your Challenges and Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end operations and issues relating to Operations including Production Operations & Planning.
- Handle & manage team from various departments including Cake Baking, Cake Decoration, Bread Baking, Retail etc
- Oversee teams to ensure SOPs and product quality is maintained.
- Work with team to continuous streamline and update internal Standard Operating Procedure through constant review and data-collecting.
- Conduct and ensure QC of products from start-to-end.
- Initiates & work with team on R&D to constantly develop new products & update product offerings.
- Close watch on competitor's activities in terms of product offerings, operational, financial aspect and marketing activities.
- Liaison with other Support Functions Department from Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Supply Chain, and Administration team.
Skills Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B / Food Services / Retail / Maufacuturing is a necessity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic Google Suite is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to be a team player with various department
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Meticulous with good interpersonal skills
- Passion for food trends, and entrepreneurship, will be a great advantage
