We are looking for a Retail Executive to join our team in providing a professional and pleasant jewellery shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the shopping experience
- Share product knowledge and assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces
- Handle basic after-sales enquiries and simple repair-related questions
- Support sales activities by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations
Store Operations
- Assist in daily retail operations, including stock handling and product display
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store
- Follow standard store procedures, including opening and closing duties
- Support stock-taking and inventory management activities
Visual Merchandising
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays according to brand guidelines
- Support basic visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer experience
Sales Support & Administration
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Assist with basic customer data entry and administrative tasks
- Support in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and events when required
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with customers and providing product recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to assist with stock handling and daily store operations
- Prior retail experience is an advantage, especially in customer-facing roles
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- This role involves prolonged standing when handling customer service duties
