- Understand and develop brand and product knowledge, and develop skill sets to recommend suitable models to customers
- Represent the brand as ambassadors by maintaining a healthy fitness lifestyle, eg running, swimming, cycling, outdoor lifestyle, etc
- Keep abreast with technological development for overall fitness watches and devices market
- Ensure that the stock is accurately accounted for and stock is adequate
- Promote ongoing promotions & campaigns
- Take care of store concept and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
- General store cleanliness and tidiness
Requirements
- Diploma/ O level graduate
- At least 1 year working experience in retail industry
- Able to work on weekends and shifts
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrive in an environment of teamwork and trust
- Able to work independently
