Key Responsbilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Promote products and upsell where appropriate
- Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements
- Assist customers with product selection
- Ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed properly
- Handle cashier duties and transactions
- Track stock levels and report shortages
- Assist in stock replenishment and stocktaking
- Work closely with other staff and supervisors
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
