Retail Education Manager

The Retail Education Manager is responsible for designing and delivering programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of retail teams. The role ensures employees consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving commercial objectives through effective onboarding, product education, sales capability development, and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the retail education strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build selling capabilities that improve customer engagement, conversion, average transaction value, and client retention
• Conduct regular store visits to observe performance and provide coaching
• Design comprehensive learning journeys for new hires, existing employees, and leadership teams
• Deliver immersive brand induction programs that communicate the company's history, values, and luxury positioning
• Coach retail teams on clienteling, cross-selling, and delivering personalized customer experiences

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years in retail training within a luxury or premium consumer brand
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and retail operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
