Our Client is a renowned Italian luxury fashion house, celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and innovation in leather goods, footwear, handbags, ready-to-wear, and accessories. They are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Retail Director to lead and elevate Ferragamo's retail business in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the retail strategy to achieve sales and business profitability
- Drive commercial performance across all boutiques through effective KPI management and business planning.
- Partner with Merchandising and Buying teams to optimize product assortment and inventory performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of the brand's global retail standards.
- Champion an exceptional luxury client journey across all boutiques.
- Foster a strong clienteling culture by leveraging CRM tools and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Lead, coach and develop Boutique Managers and teams to build a high-performance culture
- Partner closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Finance, Merchandising, and Regional teams to execute commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury or premium retail industry.
- Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results and leading multi-store operations.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, clienteling, and customer experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with retail reporting and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Southeast as required.
