About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Retail Director to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance across multiple outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen to deliver revenue growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall retail sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and KPI targets
- Lead and manage multi-store operations, ensuring consistency in execution, merchandising, and service standards
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective action plans
- Work closely with store managers to drive sales conversion, staff productivity, and operational efficiency
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches to maximize sales opportunities
- Take ownership of retail P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners to support pricing, promotions, and product availability
- Ensure optimal inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention across all outlets
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams, including performance management and succession planning
- Handle escalated operational and customer issues to ensure service excellence
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in retail or sales leadership, preferably in IT or electronics industry
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing multi-store retail operations
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, promotions, and store-level execution
- Experience in P&L management and business performance optimization
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Experience working with suppliers, distributors, and brand principals
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and retail sales tools
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
